We came up with the idea of The Snowboard Show because we could see that there was nothing out there for snowboarders. Since the demise of Board-Ex all we had was a resented presence at the ski shows. We felt what we wanted was a show that the sport controlled itself, we wanted a show that was free for everybody, free to go to, free to exhibit at and a show that catered specifically for the snowboarder.

Whilst we admit that its probably not the most commercial plan in the world and we will never be in a position to build a massive kicker in the middle of a park or pay the biggest riders in the world, what we can do is create a show that we all have a peice in.

By coming to the show, trying new boards, getting some coaching and sitting through some seminars you become part of this show, the snowboard show is organised because we love snowboarding, everybody involved in every aspect of the show is doing it for their love of the sport, nobody is getting paid, they do it because they want to.

If we can make the Snowboard Show format work we can get more stuff happening and more things to do, so come along, bring some freinds go riding and have a great day, remember this is your show, hunt us down let us know what you think and what we can do better.
